Yes. The local tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night, required by law and paid at the hotel.

Yes. Pets are welcome at €5 per night. Please tell us when you book so we can prepare. Green garden areas are available for walks.

Pets should be kept under control in shared areas and never left alone in the room if they may bark or damage furnishings. Use a lead in common outdoor spaces. Please clean up after your pet in the garden. If you are unsure whether your pet is a good fit, ask us before booking.

Do not follow Google Maps for the last stretch in Maderno: it often sends cars onto narrow streets. Search for “Via Montana, Toscolano Maderno (BS)”, continue straight about 500 metres, and the car park entrance is on the right. Full steps are on the Arrive & parking page.

Private parking is €10 per stay. Request it when you book or contact us so we can reserve a space. The entrance is easiest if you follow the correct arrival option.

Yes, electric vehicle charging is available on request at market rate based on consumption. Tell us in advance when you book or before arrival.

Two. The hotel pool opens onto the garden; the second belongs to Borgo Antico Apartments (also managed by us), linked through the green area. Hotel guests can use both freely, with different depths for adults and children.

Yes. The property sits among olives in Maderno: outdoor tables, loungers and shade, a short walk from the beach but set back from the busiest lakeside stretch.

You usually save up to 15% compared with Booking and similar sites, with the same rooms. You also message us directly for pets, parking, late arrival or other requests.
